The wife said she spoke with my mom, and she was telling her that she went to see The Help, and it was "all that". It's not the first time I've  heard rave reviews from Black women, and it leaves me to wonder how to get through to them that I'm offering them a story where the women in the tale are never in need of a savior. It's just another thickness to the glass wall.
